One of the spicier garliic varieties we grow. This porcelin variety grows jumbo bulbs with 4-6 cloves thick stems and large bulbs. We have been very happy with this garlic and are currently expanding production so there is a limited supply of seed garlic available for 2026.

Persian Staralso known as Duganski is a marble purple stripe mid season variety. This late maturing variety is a long storing garlic that produces large bulbs. that produces 8-9 cloves per bulb with deep garlic flavor great for cooking and sauces.
Giant Turkish Red is a marbled purple stripe that has 4-6 large cloves. Intense pungent flavor with long storage. A late maturing variety with great flavor.
